Who am I and why do I do what I do?
You may know my name… but who am I, really?
My journey into the holistic world began nearly a decade ago, during a season of deep personal growth that changed everything for me. What started as curiosity quickly became a calling. I experienced firsthand how energy work, grounding practices, and intentional tools can gently bring you back home to yourself, mind, body, and spirit.
That calling is what gave birth to All Things Holistic.
Today, I’m honored to offer services like Foot Zoning, Body Relaxation Sessions, and Sound Baths, experiences designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and create space for healing on every level.
Alongside my sessions, I curate a holistic shop filled with high-quality crystals, stones, chakra tools, singing bowls, tuning forks, jewelry, sage, and other energetically aligned pieces. Every item is chosen with intention, not trend. Many of these offerings are shared through my Facebook community, where I connect, educate, and host live crystal sales.
In recent years, my passion has expanded into sourcing high-end amethyst cathedrals, wings, and statement pieces, helping people bring beauty, grounding, and powerful energy into their homes and sacred spaces without the intimidating price tags.
At the heart of everything I do is one simple mission:
to help people feel supported, aligned, and deeply connected, within themselves and the world around them.
