What is Body Relaxation?

Body relaxation is just like it sounds. Pure relaxation. This is the perfect place to come relax, rejuvenate, and release. I created Body Relaxation because it is a mix of different modalities all in one session, targeting all 4 elements of the body: physical, spiritual, emotional, and electrical. Your Body Relaxation Session will take about 1hr.​
