What is a sound bath?
|
A sound bath is a combination of healing frequencies. A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position. We provide mats and blankets for you to lay down on, as you immerse yourself into the healing sounds. During the sound bath you will lay quietly as the facilitator playing singing bowls, drums and chimes in front of the class. Then she will walk around to each person will different sound tapping into your chakras providing whatever specific frequency your body needs to help align and balance your chakras. |

Why get a sound bath?
As the sound vibrations open, clear, and balance their chakras and release blocked energy, some patients experience deep healing during sound therapy. It makes you feel refreshed and balanced.

What to expect with a group circle?
A group circle is how we structure our sound baths. We organize our group into a circle to promote a more powerful energy that evenly washes over each individual person.
What's the difference between "Group" & "Personal" Sound bath?
Group sound baths and personal sound baths can be different experiences. As the name implies, group sound baths are done in a group with other people. The focus of group sound baths are typically centered around relaxation and reducing stress. A personal sound bath is a one-on-one experience where you can choose your intention of the sound bath. This can be anything from relaxation to meeting a personal goal, or even manifesting a physical healing.
If you are more interested in a one-on-one experience for something more targeted or just not into the group environment, we do personal sound baths too!

Jerica Church

Jerica Church has been in the Energy World for over 7 years now. She has found a passion and love for sound therapy, reiki, reflexology and chakras. Jer is the owner of All Things Holistic Wellness Center and continues her mission to teach people of another way of living.
She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. If she's not with her family she's with a friend or client. Jerica also loves speaking on the importance of Self-Worth. She believes that through her journey of finding self-worth she has found a new easier way of living by using tools and processes to help her through her days. |
Tallin Church
Tallin Church was introduced to the Energy World from his mother. He has found a deep passion with reiki, reflexology, and sound therapy. After many years, he is excited to start sharing his passion with others. With a musical ear, he is able to bring a special energy to group sound bath experiences.
He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. Some of his favorite places to travel are Costa Rica and Hawaii. After spending 2 years in Fiji, he enjoys traveling back as often as he can with his family and he will be part of the Fiji Retreat later this year as a tour guide and culture specialist.
